Yes, it works in Safari, so it must be a Chrome specific thing.

On iOS, when I share a link, the URL goes into the title box where it should probably go into the link box instead. Very very good job. Love the layout and share functionality otherwise.

In the same vein though, there's probably something coming down the pipe for an AI therapist/confiding model that would be much more general audience. I'm not sure how one would qualify a chatbot for that level of social work but the market is there and it would seem to be where the wind is blowing in regards to capabilities vs demographic vs margin.

That situation has seem to have changed, as the dev to Duck Game got confirmation that the game is staying on Steam.

Yeah, this goes back to the lump/split divide Tildes has, where ~anime and ~books have some overlap with ~comics, but an all encompassing ~content tilde becomes unwieldy. Book club might also work for proper graphic novels, but I'll put this thread out there for a few weeks more.

This is interesting as Max and Netflix can already be paired together for $10 through Verizon. Avenues may have opened up through their sports talks, or WBD may be more willing to play ball as they have the big debt albatross around their neck and are looking to sell anyway. I know that a potential Paramount+Peacock bundle fell through, so maybe there is still cash to be had, or everything will change again once the great consolidation crunch really takes off.

Myself personally, I've been into The Cull by Kelly Thompson and Mattia de Iulis, and Finger Guns by Justin Richards and Val Halvorson. They're two high concept YA books, but the different art styles are interesting to compare, Cull with the more realistic art to contrast the weird landscapes and creatures, and Finger Guns with a much more cartoonish art that underscores the more serious themes. Interesting comparison in tone.

Is weekly comic check-ins something we are interested in? I've been trying to post more to ~comics to get some more foot traffic in this corner of the website, but I'm not interested in posting into the void for my benefit.

Yes, but now it’s no longer be produced at all, so a bit of a retrospective is called for.
