I've run into the parenthetical thing before, and simply took some time to think about how to restructure the words to remove that part.
I think too many of them can throw people off track of what you're trying to convey. That is, too many asides can be confusing.
It all comes down to how much time you want to put into crafting the response to elicit the emotions you want out of the reader. You can write quickly (stream of consciousness) and be done with it. Or you can take your time, get your thoughts down, and rearrange to communicate in an intentional way.
By the way, it's entirely possible the stream of consciousness style is what you intend in some instances, which can work just fine.

Especially the potential false equivocation with the metaverse that seemed more an appeal to emotion (among the various other emotional appeals).

We could have a boilerplate disclaimer at the end of each post as well, saying we're part of a group that follows specific rules #1 no selling to each other, #2 only here to help others succeed, and more to be fleshed out.
Just a thought.
I'm a business owner as well. Contract CFO. Help other businesses with finance, banking, admin operations, risk management, and investors/boards and interface with auditors, insurance/bonding agents, tax accountants, and all interested outside parties.
Many of the comments already posted hit good points. Local meetings are great, but not great if you're really not into face to face, which is totally fine. This forum could be a space for those people.
Additionally, just getting things done and picking yourself up after being knocked down are exactly what you need to do as an owner. You won't make every sale, you'll get pushed back, if you have employees things will never go exactly like you want, but continuing to move forward with whatever you have to do next is important. Make progress, especially if it is not perfect. Be able to vent frustrations and get over them quickly, to come up with solutions. Your job is to solve problems. Customer problems (that's why they pay you) and business problems (so you can deliver on your customer promise).
Much of this is cliche, but it's true for a vast majority of businesses.

shadow LinkBank of America stock reached a year long low last October, but has climbed back fairly well since then. At the moment, they don't necessarily look like a strong buy or sell to me. Thinking about the future, though, it definitely seems there is more downward pressure on price without government intervention. However, everybody knows if the economy starts going down the government is going to step in to keep the banks going, though, so will banks like these ever be valued fairly on their own merits when the economy is stressed?
What's a good strategy for protecting (or growing) one's capital with this knowledge?
Seems like just sitting in cash, waiting for a specific bank opportunity to buy the dip, or using a bit to buy some puts. Or buy some VIX calls. -

Meaning: that needs to be somebody's full time job, and that person needs to be able to live a decent life (at least).
How many lives have been saved from explosive reporting on companies and governments? Those types of exposés require more than hobby level hours.
We're not at post-scarcity yet. People still need to live decent lives. I want to help a journalist I trust to give me good information so I can be a better informed citizen. The problem is I can only afford so much to this effort.
You said it yourself: near infinite supply and limited demand. That means exactly not worthless because there is some positive, non-zero intersection. It's worth $10 per month to me. Hopefully enough of other people think so. That way we can still ask the hard questions of our leaders and businesses.

shadow LinkSome people just love to create. Look at Wikipedia. I completely agree that I feel no sympathy for SEO optimized garbage pages with this change. For hobby pages, this change potentially removes...After all, if a web browser sucked out all information from web pages without users needing to actually visit them, why would anyone bother making websites in the first place?

For hobby pages, this change potentially removes incentive for all but the most die hard fan groups, which is ok for me. Moving in the direction of less quantity and more quality.
On to actual news sites, though. They're already struggling with monetization, and this hurts. I don't know the answer. I can see how certain small local stories could be crowdsourced like Wikipedia and put into RSS feeds. I already donate to NPR and my local station, so maybe that's the model for the larger stories up to regional/national?
People watch TV and streaming, so maybe the ad prices there have to increase?
All interesting stuff, but I don't agree that nobody will make websites anymore.

Not to add to this, but it would be interesting to look at the data behind this. Sure, you might notice the contrarians more, but does that mean they are over represented?
