    This shouldn't be surprising to anyone, Norway has always been an oil exporter. This is just ensuring they can continue that role, especially in a world where Europe doesn't import energy from Russia.

      No not surprising at all. They’re still heavily investing in renewables but I guess the hope would be that the investments end up skewing more towards greener initiatives
