This is really niche, but the California High-Speed Rail Authority has been posting videos of construction progress in the Merced to Bakersfield section of the route, in the Central Valley. Some of them are drone shots of completed or in-progress structures and some show more action shots of construction itself (this one is the latter).

I thought it was cool, and seeing the workers next to the grade separation reminds you how big it is. This isn't the biggest structure in the project nor the most visually stunning, but it is one of like 100 similar such grade-separations that make true high-speed rail possible along the alignment.

If you want to keep up with the construction progress on a really granular level, I would recommend the videos by AmpereBEEP. They haven't posted in a couple months, but generally scan through satellite footage of the project to see where the CASHR Authority is making progress.
