Ultimately what made me return it was the lower-end camera setup (it was a downgrade from my S22 Ultra) and being absolutely terrified of getting sand in it (I lived near the beach at the time, and we were there a lot)
Also the front screen was pretty thin on the Fold 4 - it seems like newer models are a bit better about this though.

I try to only give advice in terms of "we struggled with this, here is what worked for us."
You can see it in all forms of legitimate advice online too - some babies respond well to this, some don't. There's no magic bullet in parenting and a lot of people don't like that at all, because it's more important for them to feel "right".

In the beginning you start with a large pool of people in which there are reasonable, relationship-material types, unhinged lunatics, and everything in between. As time goes on the reasonable people pair up with each other and leave the app. Eventually the population skews further and further towards the people that are terrible to date - that's why they're still using the app. Then even when a new reasonable person joins, they are hit by wave after wave of crazies. By this late in the game I can't imagine the spread looks appetizing at all.

My laptop is from 2018 with an i7-8550u and it is snappy as hell. I just replaced the battery and upgraded the SSD and it runs like new. No complaints at all, even with 8GB RAM.
My server desktop uses a new-ish chipset, and updating the kernel to the latest version via Mainline got everything squared away - 0 issues related to Mint.
My gaming desktop still runs Windows 11, because I had a 10 license and because I literally only use it for gaming. I have been seriously thinking about switching it to Mint as well with all of the good things I hear about Proton. It runs a 6700xt so I won't have to deal with NVIDIA weirdness either. I just haven't sat down to test out how it works and re-download all of my games yet. Windows doesn't get in my way quite as much when all I do is log on and immediately load a game, then shut down as soon as I'm done.

Oh good, I get to post my favorite album of all time. When it first came out I was basically like, "Sweet, a new Rise Against album." A few of the harder songs got added into my workout rotation and I moved on. The depth of some of the songs didn't really hit me until after I lost my Grandma (one of the two family members I was by far the closest to).
Most of the songs are your typical anti-establishment punk fair, but this was released during the depths of the Obama administration so there wasn't really a Bush or Trump to take the easy way out with. A lot of the songs on this album are more individually focused.
The album opens with an incredible, fast-paced "we're going to win and you should be scared" anthem. Other great social commentary songs are The Black Market, The Eco-Terrorist in Me, Awake Too Long.
Then there are the more personal tracks like I Don't Want to Be Here Anymore, Methadone, Sudden Life, and Tragedy+Time. Tragedy+Time is an interesting one because it's kind of divisive. I have found it resonates with people who have gone through something traumatic or life-changing, and it's the song that made me cry for the first time when I lost my aforementioned Grandma.
That all being said, my two favorite songs on the album are the one-two punch at the end. People Live Here is one of the most poignant songs ever written - in the wake of Sandy Hook and the reactionary nightmare that followed, it still hits home hard today, especially with the situations in certain parts of the world. Bridges is ostensibly about the working class struggle but also has a second meaning in opinion about sunk costs in relationships that are no longer healthy.
Anyway I don't want to go on forever about this album. Rise Against is one of my favorite bands of all time, and The Black Market is my favorite of their albums.

How much VIG do you have? If you don't have at least 40 you're just playing a suicide simulator. HP is FAR more important than good equipment.
Black Blade Kindred is also a very hard type of boss (Gargoyle) plus a very hard hitter. He has as much health as some of the final bosses. It may be that you've attempted him too early?
One with thing with Elden Ring versus other souls games is you're expected to level up. If you're having trouble with an area, gain a few levels or come back to it later.

Skills is one way. If the job requires some level of knowledge in a subject before they even get started, I ask skills questions about 80/20 related to the job/other. This way I can get a good idea if they have a grasp on the skills needed to do the job, but also make sure there is some level of general understanding of a subject overall.
Fit is more complicated, and goes both ways. For fit I might try to find out what their idea of work/life balance is like, or ask questions about how they prefer to interact with others, whether that's clients or colleagues. I'm not only trying to figure out if the existing team would benefit from having them around, but also trying to determine whether they'll get what they want from the job. This is tougher because people lie in interviews to make themselves sound better. Interviewers lie to make jobs sound better too, but I really think that works against them much worse than lying to get a job does. So I try to be as straight-forward as possible about where we are flexible and where we can be more rigid.

From where we live to where we're moving, it's about $4400. I can only assume they are calculating in the cost of a return trip and paying an employee to drive the truck back as well.
Renting a 6'x12' cargo trailer would cost $1500, dropping it off where we're moving. Renting the trailer for 7 days (returning it back to CA) is ~$200. When we moved down, they were begging us to tow an empty trailer along with us for a financial incentive. At the time, it didn't make sense - iirc, they were offering about $100 to tow an empty trailer 1200 miles, between gas and the slower speeds we refused.

I simultaneously like mainstream (Lover and later TSwift, Miley, Coldplay etc.), classical, hip hop, random niche stuff. Someone asking me "what kind of music do you listen to" feels like an attack.
It's not that the songs I like are bad, it's that I don't have a real preference on what I listen to.
Except pop-country. I can't enjoy pop-country.

Yes! Me too. I love a good dark green, like a deep well-taken care of succulent, or an oak leaf.
Though I can definitely get behind some very light pale greens as well, like Seafoam.
None of this in-between stuff though.
