Seems like Comcast are just running out the clock to maximise what they get for their stake, which makes sense given the terms of the deal.
They have already done that here in Canada. Disney+ up here has all their ST☆R content. And if you want to prevent your kids (or nephew, in my case) from accessing that stuff, you can just...

We still can't even subscribe to Hulu up here, so hopefully once they complete this merger we will finally be able to access all that content through Disney+ too. I doubt we will ever get ESPN+ available to us though.
