While it's not really soup weather (at least in the norther hemisphere) we make a version of this soup with thighs. You just boil them in the broth then remove, add the other ingredients and chop up the chicken while they cook. Add chicken and tortellini at the end.

Also these garlic chicken thighs in white wine have been a huge hit.

I thought this was an interesting brief. With long term weather effects (El Nino) impacting annualized renewables production to such an extent that new construction could not overcome the low winds. It has all sorts of implications for energy storage, energy infrastructure, overbuild capacities, and making use of intermittency.

Weakness in car sales affected mass-market and top-end models alike, with the automakers trying to hold car prices steady and promising improvements as the year goes on and new models hit the market.

"The question remains: is the so-called transition year mainly about model changeovers - or is there also a certain market weakness on the demand side? The latter remains to be assumed, also in view of the high inflation, high prices and weak momentum for electric cars."

While the article is about overall sales, I'm mostly interested in this from the EV side. Do flagging sales mean there is a slump coming and the EV market demand has been saturated or are people waiting for new model versions to make their purchase? Is uncertainty about the economy making people choose to ride it out one more year with their vehicle?

I thoroughly enjoyed the connect the dots task. I would love to just mess around with making my own and seeing the outcome!

Not a fan of the clickbait title but the piece is actually interesting. In the days following the news of the closure I was trying to find any information about why and it was strangely impossible. The lack of information, frankly, had me filling in the blanks with conspiracy theories. Alas, the real world is much more boring.

All HYDROcarbons need hydrogen. You can't get away from that and that's why you're seeing all these different colors of hydrogen being proposed. It's even worse with renewable sources of carbon as they general need more hydrogen to remove all those pesky oxygen they bring along.

In this case the water vapor, by electrolysis, is the source of hydrogen, not a fossil fuel. But, and this is the issue with so much of these projects, that (along with CO2 capture) makes this process immensely inefficient. All that solar could go directly to the grid and be used in a heat pump and your electric stove instead of being burned.
