How to get into photography?

I got my hands on an used Sony A6000 with stock 16-50 lens and I am wondering what should I start with to learn how to use it properly and shoot better photos. I have literally no experience with photography besides shooting iPhone pics when out and about so just as much as everyone around. Just shooting photos with automatic settings probably won't take me anywhere so I am looking for a recommendation of source that covers absolute basics of photography for example in a form of a course. Could you recommends something accessible for total beginners that explains every basic term? Thanks!
