    No fault divorce seems like one of those things that is obviously good. Marriage brings some benefits (usually legal ones but also interpersonal ones) which is great but if a party no longer wants to be in the relationship they should always be allowed to do so. There's a libertarian argument that people shouldn't be coerced into remaining in relationships here, but also a utilitarian one that people are on net happier when they are in relationships they actually want to be in.

    Honestly beyond disgusting that the republicans want to coerce people to stay in relationships and specifically that they advocate policies which will cause incredible harm to victims of domestic abuse.

(Steven Crowder being all sad about his ex wife leaving him, and blaming it on the whole state of Texas just.....really says something, and it's not what he thinks it says)
