A lot of these are probably standard fare for the podcasting connoisseur, but nonetheless they’re in my frequent-play list:

    • Welcome to Nightvale — Weird, funny, sci-fi podcast presented as a community-radio update from a small town in the desert.
    • Off Book — Two brilliant improvisers (sometimes with guests) and their band improvise a half-hour musical comedy about a random topic. This never fails to make me giggle with glee!
    • Ologies — Alie Ward interviews people about their specialty “ology”, from vulcanology to delphinology to just about anything else. I just love listening to these interviews where people talk about the thing that makes them tick!
    • Arcane Carolinas — I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention this one, since one of the hosts is an old friend! Two guys explore folktales, legends, ghost stories, and bizarre tales from across the US.
