I always taught Google master plan would be to bundle Stadia with the Chromecast with Google TV, so all Google users would have a cheap gaming console on their TV. Nothing of that happened and as with the Pixel Phone, you can only find the CCwGTV in limited countries. What a missed opportunity.

I agree some messages are hard to keep track in the conversation, you get used to it but the time you get there is longer than traditional static conversation. I believe new generations start with this type of communication as TikTok or Twitter, and Discord is taking that market cap little by little to traditional social media as Reddit. Feature wise Discord is more stacked with features managing communities than the simplicity of Reddit.

I can speak as an owner of a Tacoma cement, and do not regret the choice of this color instead of other traditional colors, even this choice of color sold out too fast. Sometime after Nissan released this color to their own pick-up and I know people who re-painted their trucks with cement as well, but they did not nail the exact color as Toyota uses premium paint (That's what I was told from Toyota). It is as easy as this color is different from traditional colors, looks great, and is easy to work with if you want to mod it and blend it with other accessories.

Toyota later released a similar color called Lunar Rock, really similar but I heard people calling it baby puke color.

NFTs "are only valuable as tools for money laundering, tax evasion, and greater fool investment fraud."

That's like saying FIAT or any technology has been used for money laundering, tax evasion, and investments fraud., therefore those are bad.

They're a lot more dead than they were nine months ago, and hopefully, that trend will continue.

You are hopeful but the ecosystem and development are still high, big companies such as Reddit, Starbucks, and Disney already are in the space.

create unique digital artworks - but the implementation is completely braindead, rendering the whole thing worse than useless.

Also wrong on this one, the are more utility cases as permissionless and decentralized membership, digital assets for games and social apps, web3 domains as ENS and Unstoppable Domains, KYC of real humans as Soulbound tokens.

There are more examples but I do not find it worth it to have a conversation with someone who will always be closed-minded.

Not sure why thankfully and have not died at all.

NFTs thankfully have all but died out and that was the only real driver behind Ethereum in particular that I was aware of.

I like to collect rare ebooks, the advantage you can store them on any storage device and pass them easily. I also have some NFTs I know they will be valuable in the future.

I feel the oposite to OP and i could not finished after three episodes, maybe if you have never watched the Anime you could like it. I could not stand all the changes they made to the source material and the changes were poorly managed. I did not give it a second chance after reading the writers and producers interview were they stated they fixed things you found on the Anime and adapted on their own way.

I'm pretty new to the "idea of" Mastodon, but isn't a large portion of the benefit of using Mastodon is that it's federated? Why wouldn't they spin up their own instance instead of forking the code base?
