I've actually found that pieces that include well defined shadows but are technically easy to create tend to get a better response than pieces that have weak shadows but are technically more complex. I think this happens because the shadows really highlight that the piece is three dimensional.

    Educational animations have always amazed me with how easily they clarify how objects function. I've always found this one particularly interesting: https://imgur.com/gallery/YFnRFgZ

    Just started to dabble into 3D modelling in the last couple of months. I've never really been artistically inclined but something about working in 3D just clicked for me. I use a program called Blender that's open-source and I love pretty much everything about it!

    Hoping that there are some other 3D modellers/ Blender users in this group and can't wait to see everyone's art!
