    Thanks! I've been practicing on and off for about 13 years now, but I started drawing humans around 9 years ago. I mostly do print/marketing material design (posters, brochures, social media stuff), but I really like doing logos too!

    They're very different feeling, but I think they both have their benefits that keep drawing me back and forth between them. For me, digital is a very quick and easy way for me to get a sketch or...

    They're very different feeling, but I think they both have their benefits that keep drawing me back and forth between them. For me, digital is a very quick and easy way for me to get a sketch or idea out. Undo buttons, being able to resize things I draw too small or too big or simply being able to flip the canvas to quickly check for mistakes make drawing so much easier for me... but I don't get that same feeling I do when I physically draw something on paper and try out new mediums. You can find brushes that will act similarly to different mediums, but they won't be the same. That being said, if you just look at improvement within drawing itself (like if you were practicing anatomy, or even values/color theory), its definitely transferrable!
