Is there a manga equivalent of sakuga?
A part of a page drawn with higher than usual quality or attention or detail, or something along those lines? Does it have a name?

TVTropes defines it as both a form of Artistic Suck and an Art Shift. One Punch Man is very well known for it, with Saitama being drawn badly during most scenes where he doesn't care and then being drawn in ultra-high detail when he gets serious.
