Wolf Kahn was once an obscure artist, but has always been a favorite of mine. You'll see him copied and imitated all the time, a sincere form of flattery. I almost bought one of his paintings, back when they were a mere $2000. 00. Now I kick myself.
I'd love to see postings of other artists who might still be relatively unknown/affordable but in whom you might see real promise.
