What creative projects have you been working on?

Oh, I am the first here. That's a little awkward lol.
I found a short story contest that pays 100 euros and accommodations in a small town in Portugal. They don't pay for airfare so I would absolutely not go, but I like the fantasy of it.
The money is not great but I like the idea of having a deadline for this.
I have this idea for a story that is a mix of Blood Music by Greg Bear, Junji Ito, and my penchant for writing quirky dialogues for fictional couples. It looks pretty good in my head. It will probably be horror.
