    A small ink drawing I did a a little while ago, inspiried by the H.P. Lovecraft story "The Colour out of Space" and Annihilation, which was one of my favorite books of the last few years. The drawing started off as a few scribbles to test the paper of a new notebook I was gifted, and kind of evolved into this. I hand't planned it before hand but I had just recently re-read Colour Out of Space and I guess it influenced it.

    That's really nice. I love the solids of your blacks! Not many inkers go for that much weight in their work. The composition is strong, and the style goes with the feel of those old pulp sf mags....

    As far as I know, Instagram is fine? I have it, but keep forgetting to use it. XD

      Thanks! I was going for that old pulp feeling with it, a lot of my work is heavily focuses on black and white, and I've been trying to really commit to solid blacks over the usual lining, or...

      Thanks! I was going for that old pulp feeling with it, a lot of my work is heavily focuses on black and white, and I've been trying to really commit to solid blacks over the usual lining, or crosshatching (which you can see in the grass; thats would have been my usual method.)

      Faber-Castell india ink brush pens for this. I love the feel of those pens so I use them a lot.

      It is handmade! Im not sure what kind, I was gifted the notebook a little while back. It was hadnmade in thailand
