I applaud the Norwegian court for this finding. If people in a free society cannot hold a non violent protest without fear of fines, violence or jail, the 'freedom' in that country is an illusion....

Meanwhile here in Canada, our government is now many months into a primary charge of mischief against the two main organizers of the Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa two years ago. We are a country that routinely allows violent criminals, even murderers to go free on bail, while mischief is usually a very short court appearance and a fine, but because these two really upset and embarrassed the gov, they have already been jailed, censored, and dragged into court multiple times over many months as this case drags on and on. In Canada, the process IS the punishment. In the end, even if convicted, they have already spent more time in jail then a mischief conviction would warrant, so they will go free, but the gov must make a show of force by penalizing them for their role. Its a sad day for Canadian "freedom".
