    I think this is particularly dumb that the Acting EPA Administrator Wheeler is claiming that none of the regulatory rollbacks are going to affect health when EPA's own analysis of its Clean Power Plan says between 470 and 1,400 premature deaths are expected by this plan due to ozone-related causes and other factors by 2030.

    "As compared to the standards of performance that it replaces ... implementing the proposed rule is expected to increase emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) and increase the level of emissions of certain pollutants in the atmosphere that adversely affect human health."
