Title makes it sound like Pulau prefers the health of it's coral reefs to preventing skin cancer, but it's ten ingredients getting banned.
It's interesting how they recommend wearing a sun-blocking shirt instead, probably that's what is required – a change in mentality. It would be interesting to see resorts encouraging beachgoers to leave much earlier and return for the midday sun. With very early morning breakfast, maybe entertainment or whatever during the midday to bring them back into the shade. Shift the day cycle so people aren't leaving after a late breakfast into the hottest sun and needing loads of sunscreen.
