Feel like Norway should just buy this up. One for geopolitical reasons and two, for potential conservation. Doesn't Norway have that insane sovereign wealth fund of like US$1.6 trillion? Though I imagine other countries (or high wealth individuals) may be interested, which may drive a bidding war.
