This IPO needs to be shelved. The Company needs to go back to basics and actually show it can grow and be sustainable. It needs to clean up it corp structure, and the CEO needs to buy back into his company instead of appearing to "cash out" early. They need to do the hard work now, and come back to wallstreet with a better Business.

Hot take Section: That wont happen, either the IPO will be pushed through and unsuspecting public will be left holding the bag by chasing the next "Tech" unicorn. The Softbank will try and force them to shelve the IPO in which case the CEO Adam Neumann will step down flush with his 700 Million cash out. I don't think the CEO is someone who wants to do the hard work. He just wants to post instragram inspiration quotes about WeWork.

Now I think WeWork can be a good profitable company, but not at 40 Billion eval or 20 Billion eval. 5-10 Billion Eval might get me interested in investing

I think this sort of office space re-rental business is flawed fundamentally. Rent prices are totally outrageous right now, and in my opinion are unsustainable. I'm predicting a mass exodus from overpriced cities, toward places where the cost per square foot is much lower. I wouldn't buy this at any price.
