    I think we're hitting the end of brassica season near me so I've been cooking a lot of cabbage and broccoli. Once nice quick prep for broccoli is to do it korean banchan style aka blanched and lightly seasoned. It's great great when you have good produce and since it's really just blanching, you can easily mix it up. I'm going to give garlic, olive oil, sumac, lemon juice a shot.

    As for cabbage, I'm quartering and roasting them low and slow via this Fallow video recipe. Super simple, great as a side for any proteins you have, easily dressed up depending on how you want to flavor it.
