    I've been feeling overly negative and anxious, without even necessarily a specific reason, and I communicated that with my partner, and we went through a number of Youtube videos looking for explanations, not necessarily solutions. This is the video that impacted me the most, mainly because it has actual SOLUTIONS and not just clarifying the underlying problems, which, don't get me wrong, is helpful and important too

    And equally important is the way they presented the problems and simple daily life solutions, they make it feel within reach, it's not complicated at all, and the best solutions are things everyone has probably already heard about, or already practice, like journaling, positive self-encouragement, and other such tools. I think they key is having structure around when to use it.

    I'm not going to pretend this will solve everyone's anxiety issues, there are definitely going to be skeptics out there pointing out these are gimmicks, or whatever. Anyway, I've already started planning my days around some of these tools though, and I'm also aiming for less screen time. Again, it's the presentation that makes the problems feel solvable, to me. It's exactly what I personally needed to hear right now.
