    Inspired by the MeToo movement, staffers in Westminster are starting to come forward to talk about their harassment when working in Westminster. The problem of sexual harassment in the UK's political machine is widespread, with a culture that protects the institution over the individual. I personally know people who have experienced harassment from MPs, so I'm glad the FT has started to report on this.

    Stuff like this is ridiculous because the people in these situations have to protect their jobs. Plus they worked really hard to get where they are. Coming forward could ruin their career or even isolate them. So they end up between a rock and a hard place.
