This is a song from the Soviet classic “The Diamond Arm”. Andrei Mironov was a sex symbol of the Soviet cinema of 1960s-1970s, a very talented comedic and dramatic actor, as well as singer.
I'm thinking of posting more Soviet soundtrack stuff these days, as it is the New Year season, when they show a lot of old movies on Russian TV, including “The Diamond Arm”.
(And yeah, he totally shouted “Oh yeah, bitches!”. At least, that's my headcanon.)
