<3 Ben Folds/BFFive so much. He is one of those super rare artists that even having listened to every song/album of his probably 1,000 times now over the years, I am still not sick of them and can throw on his entire discography and not have to skip any songs.
Ben Gibbard/Death Cab/Postal Service and Eddie Vedder/Pearl Jam are probably the only other artists/bands I can think of that are similar for me in that regard. Maybe Queen too, but I usually have to be in the mood for them and some of their songs are definitely skippable (e.g. Fat Bottom Girls = meh).
p.s. Rockin' the Suburbs is prob my fav Ben Folds album, too. So this was a great song choice. ;)
I fucking love you. As soon as I saw Eddie on the scaffolding at the start I knew exactly what concert it was. It's legendary! And all the other copies I have seen are 4:3 and have been garbage...

You can with VDH too, but it works with more than just YouTube. I have yet to find any publicly viewable streaming sites that VDH doesn't work with, since it can even download those obnoxious sequentially loading/segmented video files. It can even download just the audio layer if you want. It's a pretty comprehensive suite, and with the companion app installed can also convert the files too (e.g. FLV -> MP4).

A lot of sites (esp. porn sites ;) use streaming formats/protocols (e.g. HLS, MPEG-TS, etc) which break up the video being served into tons of separate files and feed them to you sequentially. As a result, when you try to download them with software that can't handle that, you often end up only getting a small portion of the video instead of the whole thing. VDH doesn't have that problem though and can stitch them together just fine.
I assume you meant to reply to me, not make a new top level comment. ;) Yeah, REM is up there too... though some of their songs are a bit hit or miss for me. I would probably throw The Tragically...

Yeah, REM is up there too... though some of their songs are a bit hit or miss for me. I would probably throw The Tragically Hip, Rob Thomas/Matchbox Twenty and Our Lady Peace in that list as well but they too can be a bit hit or miss as well, IMO.
p.s. Cool channel BTW. Ever get hit by a DMCA for uploading those old interviews and concert footage?
