Amazing track, super atmospheric and deep. A real shame it was never actually used in Silent Hill 3, in fact it might be my favorite SH3 track when taking into account both released and unreleased music.
Though musically I think it would've fitted best in SH4, if I were in charge of SH4 I'd have South Ashfield added as a visitable location and have Henry walk through a dark, rainy street in it, while this track is playing.
