      While I totally agree that Bolsonaro should never run again, there are limits to what electoral law can do, and ultimately those limits make sense because the power for the people to freely elect...

      While I totally agree that Bolsonaro should never run again, there are limits to what electoral law can do, and ultimately those limits make sense because the power for the people to freely elect who they wish must be measured against the will of the judicial system.

      What he needs is criminal prosecution. Bolsonaro should be in jail.

      (and, as you probably know, criminal convicts cannot run for office in Brazil...)
