One of the basic rules for putting forward these kinds of questions is you don't ask questions you don't know the answer to already.

What knowledge did you have of any outreach by your campaign, including by Paul Manafort, to Russia about potential assistance to the campaign?

That question is insane. I can't imagine why Trump would still be OK with interviewing.

After the resignations, what efforts were made to reach out to Mr. Flynn about seeking immunity or possible pardon?

This question is crazy because Flynn is cooperating.

Reading the questions it seems like Mueller has Trump and more of his campaign and transition teams dead to rights.

Yeah, I don't imagine Mueller interviewing Trump will ever happen voluntarily unless Trump has legitimately lost his mind or is so narcissistic that he genuinely thinks he can bamboozle Mueller, the DOJ and FBI.

Here is all the leaked questions with added context for why they might be being asked.

Some of the questions are very curiously worded though. E.g. "what did you think and do when <important event> happened?" I am kind of curious if those questions are just fishing expeditions or if Mueller is aware of more things Trump did that isn't general knowledge yet and he wants Trump to hang himself by omitting them.
