    The city had no use for the land it declared surplus property and offered up to public agencies but had no takers.

      Yeah, I'm sure they would have happily sold it to private developers if that had been feasible. Still, I'd like to think this establishes the precedent of restoring stolen indigenous lands and...

      Yeah, I'm sure they would have happily sold it to private developers if that had been feasible. Still, I'd like to think this establishes the precedent of restoring stolen indigenous lands and makes more people consider it as an option, if nothing else.
