Informative article. I never loved milk - it is not a favored beverage in Black American households - and as an adult, I am puzzled why so many people still drink milk after maturing. The taste of it, the smell...it is just icky. When I do eat cereal - which is not common - I use either soy, almond, or rice milk. The only dairy I can get away with eating, in small amounts, is yogurt. All the rest of them trouble my sensitive gut (which is tragic, as I love my homemade pizza).
