Sorry I missed the start, the stream started 20ish minutes ago but they still have lots left to do, since they are still taking the skin off. I love The Brain Scoop and interesting dissection...

I love The Brain Scoop and interesting dissection stuff like this. If you are similarly interested, there is a really fantastic documentary series called "Inside Nature's Giants" that I would highly recommend watching, if you can find a copy of the episodes.

Ooh! Going to look that up. Mark Evans is usually great (e.g. A Car is Born, or The Engine That Powers the World).

Yeah, it's really good, and the presenter and all the scientists were fantastic in it, but sadly (last time I checked) it was rather hard to watch legitimately anywhere outside the UK. :(

I found working torrents for season 1 at least.

Heh, there is a reason I used the word "legitimately". ;) IIRC I wound up getting lucky and watching most of them on YouTube, but that's pretty unreliable and they were pretty shit quality copies....

Heh, there is a reason I used the word "legitimately". ;) IIRC I wound up getting lucky and watching most of them on YouTube, but that's pretty unreliable and they were pretty shit quality copies. But even though torrents are usually a lot more reliable for these sorts of things, sadly that is not always the case with a lot of shows out of the UK for some weird reason.

What is it about UK TV shows that they are often so hard to find outside the UK, even as torrents? One of my favorite YouTubers (Aquachigger) recently got his own show on History Channel UK called River Hunters... and there are no torrents for it anywhere that I could find. Thankfully, once again I got lucky and found a YouTube channel that has over time uploaded all the episodes, apart from the last one, but they are pretty shit quality too. :(

I used to have an account at semi-closed torrent community thebox.bz. Was great, for quick uploads of current programs, and for obscore old ones, mostly high quality. Sadly, it shut down. So...

So currently yeah, you're right. BBC and Channel 4 seem to be good at keeping their stuff to themselves...
