    I'm sharing this because I find it shocking that epigenetics is not yet known by the mainstream layman. It's important because it's fundamental to why a good diet, exercise, low-stress and other immediate environmental factors are important to health: environment modulates gene expression and the gene expression of offspring.

    Also, it's good to know that Lamarck was not a quack.
