I guess the question I have is, where is the line where you don't ask for an apology and just dismiss a person from the party.

Although, my moneys on him being welcomed into Reform, a far-right populist party that formed from the ashes of UKIP once Brexit had been achieved. Whether he retains his seat though anyway in the upcoming election is another matter. Further statements he makes no longer imply some credibility within the party. He will not receive Conservative Party funding and support in the upcoming General Election.

Ahh, of course, so they were, my mistake. I'll leave my comment up anyway for context.
What does this mean, in practice? What changes for him?
