I hope so, but they've also got to get the technology right. some of the frustration with their previous attempts is that it interrupts the flow we're used to in a show. For example to make a choice everything has to stop, and since I was watching on Xbox that meant my controller had turned off. So I find the controller, turn it on, make my choice before I could move forward. It doesn't sound like much but that's not a particularly pleasant experience. This interruption means the choices have to be used sparingly which limits the level of branching you'd ideally want.
They'll also have to solve the issue they ran into before, where not all devices supported the choice feature and so some devices broke each choice into separate episodes. That simply cannot be an option this time around. It's annoying, confusing, and eliminates the whole point.
Although like you pointed out there's some incredibly talented people involved, so this could be the beginning of something awesome.

I think it'll either be really good or really bad. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
