Agree!
And truly do feel no shame.
One of my one joys in composing music, is to share. As they say, Music is a universal language. Music appreciation has started so many new conversations, that often times have lead to deep friendships among other enriching experiences. Other occasions sharing some music lead to critique and criticism that helped motivate me to work harder and develop and refine my skills.
Sharing economics don't work well if participants don't feel encouraged to create and share!
