    A general rule for ceramics: If the elements that make up the material are safe, then the ceramic is safe at all temperatures. It might damage the pan, but the ceramic won't make you sick.

    Off topic, but I know a scientists that kept trying to add a Wikipedia page for himself. The page kept being deleted because he wasn't relevant enough. Self-promotion didn't even come into play.
