It's an NH36 movement in a Submariner style case with a sunburst blue Seiko PADI dial and plongeur hands. I've been thinking about replacing the bezel with a ceramic one but I'm not sure how it would look

I'm thinking of picking up a Sinn 104, but I also wouldn't mind a dress watch. I go through phases of finding a watch, falling in love, coming very close to buying it, then forgetting about it.

I'm not really meaning it to be a long term career move as the work isn't completely in line with my career goals, but it's an industry that I've tried to enter before and want to see if I'll enjoy it. So far, so good!

art-vandelay Screenwriter's Blues by Soul Coughing. I love the track, but it's in a genre I can't quite pinpoint which sucks. I wouldn't exactly call it spoken word, but I'm not sure what else to call it either.Screenwriter's Blues by Soul Coughing. I love the track, but it's in a genre I can't quite pinpoint which sucks. I interviewed Tuesday and got an offer Wednesday, the fastest I've ever seen the process go. I'd been browsing and casually applying at jobs since April, but started getting serious about my job search in late May. I've also received 2 other job offers, which figures. Nothing past interviews in the months I was actively searching, and I get multiple offers as soon as I accept one offer. Anyways, I start Monday and I'm excited!

It's set in Australia, and it's about a criminal barrister named Cleaver, played by Richard Roxburgh who was also in Mission Impossible 2. Cleaver is, there's no other way to describe it, a genius, in the courtroom while having a very self-destructive and impulsive personality. He defends criminals with arguments that are massive stretches but would cast doubt if you hadn't seen the actual offence take place on screen. In the later seasons, it becomes a little bit more political, which I loved - the prospect of Cleaver in elected office is hilarious.
The main thing that made me press next episode are the cases Cleaver faces. They're absurd at first, but once you start processing them, you realize there truly are 2 sides to a case. I've been recommending the show to all my friends and those who've started watching it have loved it. The writing is wonderful, the acting is wonderful, and production quality is high. It's just a shame it's seemingly so underrated.
Go for it! I’d recommend starting on a watch you don’t really care about in case you mess anything up. Get yourself a few cheap tools like a case holder, and you’ll be good!
