It was originally made for PC, but I think it plays incredibly well on a touch screen since it has large touch targets and being turn based makes it easy to put down and pick up again later even if you're in the middle of combat.
Northgard is real-time strategy game that was also ported to mobile. I think it's nicer to play with a mouse and keyboard, but the mobile port is pretty good as well.
