While, from his (MiB) subsequent actions and body language, he believed he killed his human daughter, there was no actual on-screen...Did the man in black (MiB) really kill his own human daughter? While, from his (MiB) subsequent actions and body language, he believed he killed his human daughter, there was no actual on-screen verification of human/guest vs. host. QA did not do the back of the head electronic scanner thingy, nor did MiB cut open her forearm to check for the data port (he stopped when he saw the profile data card).
If Ford set this up - it is conceivable that Ford gave the host a duplicate profile data card to use to present as evidence as support to being human (or gotten it, as a human, from the book he stored it in), as well as another tool for Ford to use to f*ck with the MiB.
Maybe this is just wish fulfillment on my part - but I liked the character and would like to see more of her (as a character - human or host).
I missed that scene! Damnit, now I will have to rewatch the show. What a pain in the ass! Welp, off to make some popcorn and settle in for a glorious hour of TV!
