What have you been watching and reading this week? You don't need to give us a whole essay if you don't want to, but please write something! Feel free to talk about something you saw that was cool, something that was bad, ask for recommendations, or anything else you can think of.

Finally finished up Fairy Tail. Now making my way through My Hero Academia.
Initial impressions....gorgeous animation. Good characters for the most part. I'm only up through the Hero Killer Stain episodes though. Bakugo needs a good ass whupping. Like....I get physical violence will only make him madder but he needs to be knocked down a few pegs. His treatment of Deku and then everyone else, just not as bad......reminds me of Draco Malfoy. I'm sure there's more backstory that will make Bakugo more understandable but right now, I genuinely dislike his character.
Also....Mineta.....what a pervert character. I'm fine with the occasional cheeky pervy joke every now and again but his entire being seems to be centered around copping a feel of one of his female classmates and even Midnight and the detail he describes them in is.....whew lads.....I don't dislike him as much as Bakugo because you can tell Mineta has some redeeming qualities but I can't abide someone being THAT perverted.
Fairy Tail.........what about it is rough to you?
My Hero....so far yes, I'd say worth it. I think it does what Fairy Tail wants to do but better. You still have all the normal shonen tropes but the characters have actual growth. In most cases anyway. Some characters, I'm still waiting on them to not be total shitheads cough Bakugo cough

Here is also supporting story about another person — some grandfather who is looking for a record. In general, nothing special: the usual teenage romance, which has Japanese story building such as summer vacation and festival. But I'm passionate about this genre, so it was good for me.
