What have you been watching and reading this week? You don't need to give us a whole essay if you don't want to, but please write something! Feel free to talk about something you saw that was cool, something that was bad, ask for recommendations, or anything else you can think of.

Star Wars Visions came out today, I snuck in a few episodes this morning and during my lunch break.
Visually it's great, and nice to see the galaxy far, far away through the lens of a variety of Japanese creators. Narratives... are more of what you'd expect from the universe, pretty black and white for the most part without much time to explore the region between.
As an anthology series episodes are hit and miss and I suppose it depends on what kind of Star Wars fan you are—or aren't, since I've seen people unacquainted with the franchise asking if they can watch it. (To answer that: yes! Just keep in mind that the Force is space magic and the Jedi are the good wizards while the Sith are the evil wizards, lightsabers are the laser swords with red=evil, other colors generally good.)
