If anyone is interested in this topic, I recommend listening to Frank Zappa's version of Satumaa. They played it live in Finland, reading straight from the notes without rehearsing it before hand. They even try to sing the Finnish lyrics but I can only understand a few words before it falls apart. Some great improvisation on that recording, I'm sure it can be found on youtube etc.
Also, the Tangomarkkinat are one of the most dangerous festivals in Finland. If you go to Tuska or Sauna heavy metal festivals, you'll be taken care of. If you go to Tangomarkkinat you either get a traditional Puukko into your ribcage or get beat up by a drunk overweight middle aged man. Or sexually assaulted by a late middle age woman.
Oh, btw, Seinäjoki is not in the SOUTHwest of Finland. Minus points for my German journalist friends for that.
