Great channel. I ended up reading this book a while back because of this video. It's a short read but enjoyable, and I absolutely appreciate these types of books which really push the mechanics of comic book storytelling. It's one thing to be experimental with page layouts, but it's another to execute it successfully.

I remember We3 using lots of panels for some of their scenes too to capture all of the chaos going on.

If you like some experimenting with the medium you might like Asterios Polyp. Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics is also a great (dated?) look at what makes comics unique.

WOW! Something about this video just clicked for me and I think I might be into comics now. Seriously, I need to check out the one featured in the video.
