I think it depends very heavily on what type of development you get into. I took 4 or 5 calculus courses in university as part of my CS degree, and I've never used any of it and can't remember a thing. I'm completely confident that I'd fail the very first quiz from an Intro to Calculus class now. If I ever needed any of it now, I'd have to re-learn it all from scratch.
