Redis is one of the “boring” pieces of software which actually just
work. I don't think I've ever had a problem with Redis that wasn't
just a hardware problem or a misconfigured OS problem in disguise. It's
also amazing that the author of this programme, Salvatore “Antirez”
Sanfilippo, is still out there blogging and all. If Redis had
a Patreon, I would definitely be a subscriber.
Fun fact that I didn't know until recently: “Redis” stands for
