GitHub feature: README.md for your profile

If you create a repo with the same name as your account, your profile page will have a readme at the top. I found this via a thread on hn; I think it's neat.

    Sweet. I didn't realise they'd released this. I replied on a 'get early access' tweet from the Github designer that was pushing this out, but heard nothing after.

      The guy that I linked to has an auto-updating github action for a version of that. I'm thinking of exporting my LinkedIn data to a form of a CV.
