What creative projects have you been working on?
This topic is part of a series. It is meant to be a place for users to discuss creative projects they have been working on.

If you have any creative projects that you have been working on or want to eventually work on, this is a place for discussing those.
So I have finished the first sock for my friend's wedding. Here is a (underexposed) pic. His wedding colour scheme is this (his suit is the green colour and then also the second pic is his tie). He will be wearing black shoes, so it was hard to figure out a colour scheme that would go well. I am quite happy with the pink, and think it will match his pants and suit well, with the hint of blue that should also complement the tie well. I am now about three inches done the second sock (my pattern is leg down), and am getting a bit anxious on how small the pink ball of yarn is becoming.
I made a googly-eyed monster card for my friend who's having an operation. Made from colored construction paper, abstract patterns cut out from old magazines, stickers, a toothpick, and of course googly eyes (one huge cyclop-defining googly eye and a few smaller eyes by the ears for extra monstrous embellishment). Also a cute little hat cut out from a picture of some dude from some article about a county fair or something.
