What creative projects have you been working on?
This topic is part of a series. It is meant to be a place for users to discuss creative projects they have been working on.

I shared the stick figure flipbook animation I did a few weeks ago in our group chat at work and everyone seemed to like it. They asked me to do a little animation using the assets from our upcoming holiday card as an internal easter egg for the rest of the company to enjoy, so I've been working on that.
I'm doing it in FlipaClip on my iPad, and honestly animating existing assets is kind of a pain in the ass with that app. The assets flatten once they're placed, so moving it around frame-by-frame isn't as easy as I'd hoped. In some ways, drawing it by hand would be easier. But I spent $9 on the app and dammit I'm going to get my $9 worth! I also tried to do it in ProCreate because that (sort of) supports animation, but that was even more difficult for me. Maybe I just didn't spend enough time getting used to ProCreate.
Tempted to just start over in a free trial version of Adobe Animate since I have a little experience with animating in Flash and that's the spiritual successor to its animation features.
